Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vial Case. Please review this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Processing Time
All Vial Case products are made to order. Production begins promptly after an order is placed.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after production begins. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We ship orders within the United States using USPS Ground Advantage or other USPS services as selected at checkout.
Shipping times provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once a package is transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.
3. Shipping Insurance
Shipments sent via USPS Ground Advantage include up to $100 of carrier-provided insurance, subject to USPS terms and conditions.
Insurance coverage is administered by the carrier. Vial Case does not guarantee the outcome of any carrier insurance claim.
4. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Vial Case is not responsible for:

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

Packages delivered to an address provided by the customer

Packages returned to sender due to address errors
Orders returned due to address issues may require additional shipping fees to reship.
5. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided.
Carrier tracking confirmation indicating “Delivered” is considered proof of delivery and fulfillment of our shipping obligation.
Vial Case is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing, stolen, or not received.
6. Lost Packages and Insurance Claims
A package is considered lost only if the carrier confirms loss in transit.
If a package appears lost or significantly delayed while in transit:

Customers may file an insurance claim directly with the carrier

Claims may be submitted online or at a local post office using the tracking information provided

Carrier determinations regarding loss, delivery, or insurance coverage are final
At our discretion, we may provide reasonable assistance or documentation to support a carrier claim.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must submit a request through the Orders page within 7 days of delivery.
To prevent fraud and abuse:

Damaged or defective items must be returned

Vial Case will provide a free return shipping label

Replacements will be shipped only after the returned item is received and inspected
Vial Case reserves the right to determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate based on the condition of the returned item.
8. Packages Marked Delivered but Not Received
If tracking indicates that a package was delivered but the customer reports not receiving it:

The package is considered delivered and fulfilled

Vial Case is not responsible for theft, loss, or misplacement after delivery

Customers may pursue available remedies directly with the carrier

10. Policy Changes
Vial Case reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the website or placement of an order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
