Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vial Case. Please review this Return & Refund Policy carefully before completing a purchase.


1. 30-Day Return Window

Vial Case allows returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions set forth below. All return requests must be submitted through the Orders page on our website.

Returns submitted outside the 30-day window will not be accepted.


2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • In new, unused condition

  • Unworn and unaltered

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that show signs of use, wear, damage (other than approved shipping damage), or alteration are not eligible for return.


3. Return Authorization Process

All returns require approval.

To initiate a return:

  1. Submit a return request through the Orders page

  2. Once approved, Vial Case will provide a return shipping label

  3. The return label will be sent after the return request is submitted and approved

Returns sent without approval may be refused.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Buyer Responsibility:
    For standard returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    If an item is received damaged or defective, Vial Case will cover the cost of return shipping.

In all cases, Vial Case will provide the return shipping label after the return request is approved. The cost of return shipping (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund.


5. Refunds

If a return is approved and received in acceptable condition:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise determined by Vial Case

  • Original shipping charges, taxes, and fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection

Where permitted by law, Vial Case reserves the right to issue store credit instead of a monetary refund.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please submit a return request through the Orders page within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs or additional information to evaluate the issue.

If approved, Vial Case will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, refund, or store credit.


7. Risk of Loss

Vial Case is not responsible for items lost or delayed during return transit once the return label has been issued and the item is in the carrier’s possession.

9. Policy Changes

This Return & Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
