Materials & manufacturing
Many VialCase products are manufactured using PLA and other 3D-printed materials. This lets us offer precise design, customization, and rapid iteration that traditional manufacturing can't — and it comes with known characteristics that differ from injection-molded plastics, which we're upfront about. We make a point to clearly state material characteristics, fit requirements, and care & handling considerations on our product pages.

Because our products are made to order and often custom-designed, we rely on accurate measurements and clear requirements from our customers. This collaborative approach helps ensure the final product meets expectations. We're intentionally small and focused — we don't mass-produce or chase volume.
