I understand custom cases are made to order for me and are final sale – no returns or exchanges. Printing defects are still replaced.

Good to know

Same print-in-place snap hinge and locking latch as our shelf cases; big cases get the 5-knuckle hinge.
Every storage space has a finger scoop so you can lift things out.
Mixed 3 mL + 10 mL cases raise the 3 mL pockets so every vial top lines up. The tallest item sets the case height.
Cases too big to print lid and base together are printed as two parts (+$10 oversized fee).
Printed to order on our own farm; the size shown is exactly what we build.
