Vial Case products are manufactured using 3D-printed materials, including PLA. Due to the nature of additive manufacturing, material properties, and customer-supplied specifications, products are subject to the limitations and exclusions outlined below.
Please review this warranty carefully before purchase and use.
1. Limited Workmanship Warranty
Vial Case provides a limited 30-day workmanship warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, including:

Print defects

Structural issues caused by production error
-
Incorrect fit resulting from manufacturing mistakes, not customer-supplied measurements
If a covered defect is confirmed, Vial Case will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product.
2. Measurement & Fit Disclaimer (Very Important)
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their items meet the exact dimensions listed on the product page or provided during a custom design request.
This warranty does not cover:

Failure to measure vials, caps, or components accurately

Items that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer

Variations in vial dimensions, cap size, or tolerances between different manufacturers
-
Damage caused by forcing items into a case that does not meet the required dimensions
If an item does not fit due to customer measurement error or manufacturer variation, this is not considered a manufacturing defect.
3. Material Characteristics & Limitations
PLA and other 3D-printed materials:

Are not impact-resistant
-
Are not heat-resistant
-
Are not equivalent to injection-molded plastics
-
May crack, warp, or deform under stress, pressure, or elevated temperatures
Products must be used only as intended and handled with care.
4. Heat Damage Disclaimer
This warranty does not cover heat-related damage, including but not limited to damage caused by:

Leaving the case in a hot car
-
Exposure to direct sunlight for extended periods
-
Dishwashers or hot water
-
Heat sources, appliances, or industrial environments
Heat exposure may permanently deform or weaken PLA materials.
5. Vial & Cap Damage Exclusion
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Vial caps or closures from other manufacturers
-
Sharp edges, oversized caps, or incompatible vial designs
-
Vials that exceed the maximum dimensions stated on the product listing

Repeated insertion of non-compatible items
Damage resulting from incompatible vials or caps is considered misuse.
6. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:

Damage from drops, impact, or crushing
-
Cracking or breakage due to stress or overloading
-
Damage caused by improper storage or handling
-
Normal wear and cosmetic changes
-
Modifications or alterations
-
Damage occurring after delivery unrelated to manufacturing defects
7. Warranty Claims Process
To request warranty consideration, contact:
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and may require:

Proof of purchase

Photographs or video of the issue

Return of the product for inspection
Return instructions will be provided if a claim is approved.
8. Remedies
The sole remedy under this warranty is repair or replacement, at the discretion of Vial Case.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Disclaimer of Additional Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this warranty is exclusive and limited.
Vial Case disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Governing Law
This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
