Prep Pad Dispenser

The @vialcase Prep Pad Dispenser keeps a whole box of individually wrapped prep pads stacked, tidy and within reach. Drop the sachets in flat through the open top; they settle into a neat column, and you slide the bottom one out through the wide front opening. No loose pads scattered across the counter, no digging through a torn box.

Key Features

• Gravity fed: the stack settles by its own weight - no springs, no moving parts, nothing to assemble
• Wide front opening across the full column, so soft or crinkled sachets slide out without catching (one or two may come at a time)
• Finger notch under the front of the stack and a raised base: pinch the bottom sachet and slide it out
• Low rails on the floor and rounded-off edges keep the sachets sliding smoothly
• Sight window up the front shows at a glance how many are left
• Open top for fast refills
• Desk versions stand on their own with a flat back; Wall versions add a back plate with 4 countersunk screw holes (the flat back also takes adhesive strips)
• Optional side slots for 3 mL and 10 mL vials (or both, mixed) - vials stand with the top clear to grab
• Twin version: two columns side by side for 200 sachets
• Rugged @vialcase styling: chamfered corners, side ribs and a debossed @vialcase collar
• Available in Black, RGB Metallic, Cyber Green, Galaxy Purple, Purple and Cobalt Blue

• Standard (medium) column: 70 × 66 mm inside, fits sachets up to about 67 × 63 mm (2.6″ × 2.5″)
• Large column: 85 × 97 mm inside, fits sachets up to about 82 × 94 mm (3.2″ × 3.7″)
• Capacities are counted at 1.6 mm per standard sachet and 1.8 mm per large sachet; thinner sachets fit more
• 3 mL slots: vials up to 17 mm (0.67″) wide, 24 mm deep
• 10 mL slots: vials up to 25.5 mm (1.0″) wide, 33 mm deep
