Vial Case operates as a direct-to-consumer, small-batch manufacturer.
Wholesale partnerships are limited and approved selectively based on fit, capacity, and alignment with our brand.

1. Eligibility

Wholesale consideration may be extended to:

• Established retail businesses
• Verified e-commerce brands
• Distributors and industry organizations

Wholesale is not available for:

• Individual consumers
• Personal bulk purchases
• One-time price inquiries
• Marketplace arbitrage or unauthorized reselling

Approval is granted at the sole discretion of Vial Case.

2. Order Minimums

• Opening order: $1,000 USD minimum
• Reorders: $500 USD minimum

Minimums apply to product cost only (excluding shipping, taxes, and fees).

3. Pricing Structure

Vial Case products are produced in limited batches with high production time, and are not priced as mass-market goods.

• Pricing remains close to retail
• 10% discount on orders over $1,000

Wholesale pricing:

• Is limited and non-negotiable
• May be adjusted or discontinued at any time
• Cannot be combined with promotions or discounts

4. Production Model

We operate on a small-batch production model with capped output.

Large-volume orders may be declined or limited based on:

• Current production capacity
• Ongoing direct-to-consumer demand

Wholesale orders must not disrupt core retail operations.

5. Custom & Bespoke Designs

Custom case design is a paid engineering service and is not eligible for wholesale discounts.

Includes:

• CAD modeling (Fusion 360)
• Fit and usability analysis
• Reverse engineering (if applicable)
• Optional prototyping
• Design fees are required upfront and non-refundable
• Pricing is based on scope and complexity
• Wholesale status does not affect design pricing

Production for custom designs is quoted separately and reflects:

• Complexity
• Materials
• Quantity
• Timeline

Custom products are premium, made-to-order items.

6. MAP Policy

All approved partners must adhere to our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy.

Products may not be advertised below MAP across:

• Websites
• Marketplaces
• Ads or email campaigns

Violation may result in:

• Suspension of wholesale access
• Account termination

7. Orders, Shipping & Returns

Wholesale orders are generally final sale.

Replacements may be issued for:

• Damaged items
• Manufacturing defects

Subject to inspection and approval.
