Wholesale Requests & Policy

Vial Case offers wholesale partnerships for qualified retailers, distributors, and organizations. Because our products and custom designs are produced in small batches and bespoke workflows, wholesale relationships are approved selectively.

Please review this page carefully before submitting a wholesale inquiry.

1. Who Wholesale Is For

Wholesale pricing may be available to:

  • Brick-and-mortar retailers

  • Established e-commerce businesses

  • Distributors

  • Medical, laboratory, or industry organizations

Wholesale is not available for:

  • Individual consumers

  • Personal-use bulk orders

  • One-time price-shopping requests

  • Marketplace arbitrage or reselling without approval

Approval is at the sole discretion of Vial Case.

2. Minimum Order Requirements

To qualify for wholesale consideration, the following minimums apply:

  • Opening wholesale order: $500 USD minimum

  • Reorders: $300 USD minimum

Minimums apply to product cost only and do not include shipping, taxes, or fees.

3. Wholesale Pricing Structure (Standard Products Only)

Wholesale pricing applies only to standard, non-custom Vial Case products.

Because Vial Case products are designed and produced with specialized requirements and limited production runs, wholesale discounts are intentionally limited.

Typical Wholesale Pricing

  • 15%–25% off MSRP, depending on:

    • Product type

    • Order volume

    • Production capacity

    • Ongoing reorder potential

Wholesale pricing:

  • Is not guaranteed

  • Is not negotiable on a per-order basis

  • May be adjusted or discontinued at any time

Wholesale pricing may not be combined with promotions, coupons, or retail discounts.

4. Bespoke & Custom Case Designs (No Wholesale Discounts)

Vial Case specializes in bespoke, made-to-order custom case designs.

Custom case design is a paid professional service and is not subject to wholesale discounts, regardless of account status or order volume.

All custom design work — including wholesale, distributor, or organizational requests — is governed by our Custom Case Requests terms.

Custom Case Design Includes

  • Design consultation and requirements review

  • Fusion 360 CAD modeling

  • Reverse engineering (if applicable)

  • Fit, clearance, and usability analysis

  • Optional prototyping

Design Fees

  • Custom design work requires up-front, non-refundable design fees

  • Fees are quoted based on scope and complexity

  • Hourly engineering rates may apply for advanced or reverse-engineered projects

Wholesale status does not reduce or waive design fees.

Estimated pricing and requirements are outlined on our Custom Case Requests page and must be reviewed before submitting a request.

5. Production Pricing for Custom Designs

Once a custom design is approved, production pricing is quoted separately based on:

  • Design complexity

  • Materials and manufacturing method

  • Order quantity

  • Production timeline

While per-unit pricing may decrease with higher quantities, custom products remain premium, made-to-order items and are not priced using mass-market wholesale models.

6. MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Policy

Vial Case maintains a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy to protect brand value and wholesale partners.

Wholesale partners may not advertise Vial Case products below MAP across any public-facing channel, including:

  • Websites

  • Online marketplaces

  • Digital advertising

  • Email marketing

MAP does not restrict final in-store or private transaction pricing.

Failure to comply with the MAP policy may result in:

  • Suspension of wholesale pricing

  • Termination of the wholesale account

MAP pricing details are provided upon wholesale approval.

7. Shipping, Returns & Cancellations (Wholesale)

Wholesale orders are subject to our published policies, including:

  • Shipping Policy

  • Return & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation Policy

Wholesale orders are generally final sale unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Returns or replacements may be approved only for damaged or defective items, subject to inspection.
