Vial Case operates as a direct-to-consumer, small-batch manufacturer.
Wholesale partnerships are limited and approved selectively based on fit, capacity, and alignment with our brand.

1. Eligibility

Wholesale consideration may be extended to:

• Established retail businesses
• Verified e-commerce brands
• Distributors and industry organizations

Wholesale is not available for:

• Individual consumers
• Personal bulk purchases
• One-time price inquiries
• Marketplace arbitrage or unauthorized reselling

Approval is granted at the sole discretion of Vial Case.

2. Order Minimums

There is no mandatory order minimum. Wholesale pricing is quoted per order based on the products, quantities and timeline you need.

3. Pricing Structure

Vial Case products are produced in limited batches with high production time, and are not priced as mass-market goods.

• Wholesale pricing is quoted per order — there are no self-serve wholesale discount codes
• Quotes are valid for the order they are issued for and may be adjusted or discontinued at any time
• Wholesale pricing cannot be combined with promotions or discounts
• Wholesale pricing does not apply to custom cases built in our Build Your Own Case tool

4. Production Model

We operate on a small-batch production model with capped output.

Large-volume orders may be declined or limited based on:

• Current production capacity
• Ongoing direct-to-consumer demand

Wholesale orders must not disrupt core retail operations.

5. Custom Cases

Custom cases are built online with our free Build Your Own Case tool — there is no design fee. Each custom case is priced by size in the builder and printed to order. Wholesale pricing does not apply to custom cases.

• Custom cases are final sale (no returns or exchanges); manufacturing defects are covered by our Case Warranty.
• For volume orders of one custom layout, email hello@vialcase.com with the layout and quantity.

6. MAP Policy

All approved partners must adhere to our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy.

Products may not be advertised below MAP across:

• Websites
• Marketplaces
• Ads or email campaigns

Violation may result in:

• Suspension of wholesale access
• Account termination

7. Orders, Shipping & Returns

Wholesale orders are generally final sale.

Replacements may be issued for:

• Damaged items
• Manufacturing defects

Subject to inspection and approval.

9. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
