1. No Order Cancellations
All orders placed with Vial Case are final and cannot be canceled once submitted.
Vial Case products are made to order, and production begins promptly after an order is received. For this reason, orders cannot be modified, paused, or canceled after submission.
2. Made-to-Order Products
Because items are produced specifically for each customer:

Production cannot be stopped once initiated

Materials and labor are committed immediately

Cancellations are not feasible at any stage of the production process
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to cancel the order once it has been submitted.
3. Returns After Delivery
Although cancellations are not permitted, customers may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
