Custom Cases Are Now Free to Design

We no longer charge a design fee for custom cases. Custom cases are built online with our free Build Your Own Case tool, which replaces the paid custom-design service and its quote process.

How It Works

1. Choose your vials. Pick how many 3 mL slots (17.5 mm pockets, vials up to 40 mm tall) and 10 mL slots (26 mm pockets, vials up to 55 mm tall) you need.
2. Add storage (optional). Add an open storage bay for syringes, prep pads or caps.
3. Pick a latch and colour. Single latch, or dual latch on cases 154 mm (6.1 in) and wider; Black or RGB Metallic.
4. See the size and price instantly. The builder shows the exact case size and price before you add it to your cart. There is no design fee — you only pay for the case you order.

Every custom case uses the same print-in-place snap hinge and locking latch as our shelf cases and is printed to order on our own print farm. The size shown in the builder is exactly what we build.

Final Sale — No Returns

Because each custom case is printed to the exact layout you choose, custom cases are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once your order is placed. Please double-check your vial counts, storage bay, latch and colour before checkout.

If your custom case arrives damaged, defective, or was produced incorrectly due to our error, our Case Warranty and Section 6 of our Return & Refund Policy apply.

Fit & Measurements

The builder is designed around standard 3 mL and 10 mL vials. Vial and cap dimensions vary between manufacturers, so please check that your vials fit the pocket sizes listed above before ordering. Fit issues caused by vials or caps outside those dimensions are not manufacturing defects.
