A 10-slot case holding six vials leaves four empty pockets and a bigger case than you need. A case that is one slot short means a vial riding loose in your bag. Either way you are working around the case instead of the case working for you.
Build the count you actually carry
In the builder you set the 3 mL and 10 mL counts separately with simple plus and minus buttons. The layout packs them as tightly as our shelf cases do, so the case stays compact.
Mixed sizes, level tops
When you mix 3 mL and 10 mL vials, the 3 mL pockets are raised so every vial top sits at the same height. The lid closes evenly and nothing presses on the shorter vials.

For standard 3 mL vials up to 40 mm tall, including the cap.
10 mL slots
26 mm pockets
For 10 mL vials up to 55 mm tall. Mix both sizes in one case — the 3 mL pockets rise so every top lines up.

Can I mix 3 mL and 10 mL vials in one case?
Yes. Set any number of each. The 3 mL pockets are raised so all the vial tops line up.
How many vials can a custom case hold?
From a single slot up to 120 3 mL or 60 10 mL slots, as long as the case fits our print bed. The builder shows the exact size for every combination before you order.
Do I pay for empty slots?
No. You choose the exact count, and the price is based on the size of the case you build.
