One latching hard case in three sizes, filled with drop-in trays you can lift out and swap. Every kit below is the case plus every tray it lists - the trays fill every spot, so the case comes ready to use. Want a different layout later? Add or swap trays any time.

How it works

  1. Pick a case size: Small (2 tray spots), Standard (4) or Large (6)
  2. Pick a kit: each kit includes the trays that fill every spot - see What's in the box below
  3. Lift a tray out (by its tab where it has one) to load it at the counter, then drop it back in. Single trays fit any spot; syringe and pen trays fill a full row (2 spots)
  4. Add more trays later to change the layout - sold separately

What's in the box

Small case (2 tray spots)

  • 8 x 10 mL: the Small case + 2 x 10 mL vial trays (4 vials each). Holds 8 x 10 mL vials.
  • 20 x 3 mL: the Small case + 2 x 3 mL vial trays (10 vials each). Holds 20 x 3 mL vials.
  • 10 x 3 mL + 4 x 10 mL: the Small case + 1 x 3 mL vial tray (10 vials) + 1 x 10 mL vial tray (4 vials). Holds 10 x 3 mL vials and 4 x 10 mL vials.

Standard case (4 tray spots)

  • 10 x 3 mL + 8 x 10 mL + Bin: the Standard case + 1 x 3 mL vial tray (10 vials) + 2 x 10 mL vial trays (4 vials each) + 1 x open bin tray. Holds 10 x 3 mL vials, 8 x 10 mL vials and an open bin for pads / needles.
  • 10 x 3 mL + 4 x 10 mL + Syringe Tray: the Standard case + 1 x 3 mL vial tray (10 vials) + 1 x 10 mL vial tray (4 vials) + 1 x syringe + pad tray (full row). Holds 10 x 3 mL vials, 4 x 10 mL vials and about 15-20 capped 1 mL syringes + about 10 prep pads.
  • 20 x 3 mL + 8 x 10 mL: the Standard case + 2 x 3 mL vial trays (10 vials each) + 2 x 10 mL vial trays (4 vials each). Holds 20 x 3 mL vials and 8 x 10 mL vials.

  • 22 x 3 mL + 8 x 10 mL + BAC + Bin: the Large case + 2 x 3 mL vial trays (10 vials each) + 2 x 10 mL vial trays (4 vials each) + 1 x BAC bottle tray (1 x 30 mL bottle + 2 x 3 mL vials) + 1 x open bin tray. Holds 22 x 3 mL vials, 8 x 10 mL vials, 1 x 30 mL BAC bottle and an open bin for pads / needles.
  • Pen + Syringe + 10 x 3 mL + 4 x 10 mL: the Large case + 1 x 3 mL vial tray (10 vials) + 1 x 10 mL vial tray (4 vials) + 1 x syringe + pad tray (full row) + 1 x pen + cartridge tray (full row). Holds 10 x 3 mL vials, 4 x 10 mL vials, about 15-20 capped 1 mL syringes + about 10 prep pads and 1 reusable pen + 4 pen cartridges + pen needles.

  • Mixed Vial Tray (2 x 10 mL + 4 x 3 mL) (fills 1 spot): 2 x 10 mL vials (26 mm pockets, 32 deep) + 4 x 3 mL vials (17.5 mm pockets, 24 deep)
  • BAC Bottle Tray (1 x 30 mL + 2 x 3 mL) (fills 1 spot): 1 x 30 mL BAC water bottle up to 33 mm wide x 72 mm long, lying in a cradle + 2 x 3 mL vials
  • Open Bin Tray (fills 1 spot): open bin 84 x 58 x 32 mm deep inside - prep pads lying flat, pen needles, caps
  • Syringe + Pad Tray (full row) (fills a full row = 2 spots): 1 mL syringe bay 146 x 58 x 32 mm deep (syringes up to 140 mm capped, about 15-20 stacked) + a 25 mm strip for about 10 prep pads standing
