Drop-In Trays for the Modular Vial Case

Add trays to your Modular Vial Case or change its layout. Every tray drops into any Small, Standard or Large Modular Vial Case: single trays fill one 88 x 62 mm spot, and the syringe and pen trays fill a full row (two spots side by side). Lift a tray out (by its tab where it has one) to load it at the counter, then drop it back in.

What's in the box

One drop-in tray - the one you pick - in the colour you pick. The case is not included (it is sold with a full set of trays on the Modular Vial Case listing).

How it works

1. Check how many spots your case has: Small = 2, Standard = 4, Large = 6
2. Single trays fit any spot; full-row trays need both spots of one row
3. Lift the old tray out and drop the new one in - nothing to screw or glue

The trays

• 10 x 3 mL Vial Tray (fills 1 spot): 10 x 3 mL vials up to 17 mm (0.67″) wide; pockets 17.5 mm x 24 mm deep
• 4 x 10 mL Vial Tray (fills 1 spot): 4 x 10 mL vials up to 25.5 mm (1.0″) wide; pockets 26 mm x 32 mm deep
• Mixed Vial Tray (2 x 10 mL + 4 x 3 mL) (fills 1 spot): 2 x 10 mL vials (26 mm pockets, 32 deep) + 4 x 3 mL vials (17.5 mm pockets, 24 deep)
• BAC Bottle Tray (1 x 30 mL + 2 x 3 mL) (fills 1 spot): 1 x 30 mL BAC water bottle up to 33 mm wide x 72 mm long, lying in a cradle + 2 x 3 mL vials
• Open Bin Tray (fills 1 spot): open bin 84 x 58 x 32 mm deep inside - prep pads lying flat, pen needles, caps
• Syringe + Pad Tray (full row) (fills a full row = 2 spots): 1 mL syringe bay 146 x 58 x 32 mm deep (syringes up to 140 mm capped, about 15-20 stacked) + a 25 mm strip for about 10 prep pads standing
• Pen + Cartridge Tray (full row) (fills a full row = 2 spots): 1 reusable injection pen up to 170 mm long and 22 mm wide lying + 4 x 3 mL pen cartridges (11.6 x 64 mm) lying + pen needles

Key Features

• Every tray fits any matching spot in all three case sizes
• 0.5-0.7 mm of play on each side so trays lift out easily
• Centre lift tab on the vial, mixed and BAC trays, a finger scoop on the pen tray; the open bin and syringe trays lift by their inside walls
• Available in Black, Purple, Cyber Green, Cobalt Blue, Red and Hot Pink - mix colours to colour-code your supplies
